Orders can also be picked up at no-charge from our Kennett Square, PA or Lewes, DE facilities. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

EXPRESS SHIPMENT OPTIONS
Iron Gate Hardware leads our industry in on-time rush deliveries across the continental U.S. You can select Next Day, or 2nd Day services for your order when you check out. In order to achieve quick turn-around of custom orders, some orders will have to originate from the manufacture to be delivered on time. (Direct orders ship UPS) Because of this, shipping charges will be quoted to the customer within 24 hours. We also would encourage you to call our office if you need same day turn-around or specialized service.

ALASKA, HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard shipping rates and policies do not apply. Shipping options will be quoted by e-mail or phone after you have placed your order (less than 24 hours). Local duties/import taxes (vary by country) are the responsibility of the buyer.

P.O. BOXES
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes. Orders having a PO box as a shipping address will be delayed until we can get an alternative address.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If FedEx or UPS is unable to deliver to the address we have been supplied with, we will be required to bill you for the full amount of the second shipment. RUSH fees will not be credited in the event of an incorrect shipping address.
