RETURNS
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PRODUCT SHIPPED IN ERROR. Contact Iron Gate by phone 866-322-GATE and speak with a representative to discuss your situation and obtain return approval. Returns will not be accepted without approval from the office. (Notification of a return must be made by phone to our office within 30 days of invoice.) For the quickest service, ship your package back to us pre-paid via USPS Priority Mail. We will refund your Credit Card the shipping charge you incur. If you prefer, Iron Gate will arrange for FedEx to pick-up the re-sealed package up at your location. (This can take up to 10 business days). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will ship you a corrected replacement unit. If the product returned is not defective and/or was shipped correctly, you will not be refunded your shipping charges and you may incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

(Notification of a return must be made by phone to our office within 30 days of invoice.) Reseal the product and ship it to Iron Gate Hardware via USPS, FedEx, or UPS (freight pre-paid). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will be credited the cost of the initial product less a fee of 25% of the product's original cost.
