information we need to complete orders and maintain a relationship between Iron
Gate Hardware and our customer. No information obtained from Iron Gate will be
sold or distributed to any company outside Iron Gate Hardware.

Our secure servers (https) use the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layers)
available to encrypt your Credit Card information between your browser window
and our server. Once your transaction is complete, your information is
promptly destroyed. BACK
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
Currently, there is no national sales tax levied on catalog, phone, or
online orders. However, Iron Gate Hardware must collect sales tax
applicable to orders being shipped to states where we have a physical location.

Funds are due at the time of order. If you decide to pay by check, please phone your order for further instructions.

No. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be added to your order based on
our current shipping rates.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Get an idea of your order's lead time by viewing our
lead time chart. Please note: Lead
times shown are averages. Delays outside our control can occur for various
reasons. We will do our best to deliver your order in a timely fashion,
but are unable to guarantee an ETA. We do offer expedited shipping, see
our shipping information for our services.

WILL THE PRICES I SEE LISTED ONLINE CHANGE?
At Iron Gate, we pride ourselves on the integrity and honesty of our pricing
and we're confident that you will feel comfortable doing business with us for
this reason. We are also committed to maintaining the value of the brands we
sell and the respective image of the brand. Our products will be the best quality available at a
competitive market price. Be weary of resellers tempting customers with
uncommonly large discounts; they will not remain in the market for long.
As would be expected, market fluctuation and product availability effect
pricing. We do reserve the right to change prices at any time without
notice. However, if an order is placed prior to an increase, the prices at

Orders may be faxed, e-mailed or given over the phone. At our
discretion, we reserve the right to require an order "sign-off" if you choose to
place your order over the phone. This helps us to accurately place your
order and prevents guesswork or mis-communications that could occur.
Please note: Should you e-mail your order, please do not e-mail your
credit card information; provide us with the best method for us to contact you

ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR LARGE ORDERS?
We will gladly quote and consider a larger discount on sizable orders. If you are a builder,
designer, or frequently purchase hardware products, consider setting up an account with us which
offers discounts on every order you place regardless of size. For more

HOW DO I KNOW IF WHAT I WANT IS IN INVENTORY?
Iron Gate has the largest inventory of Emtek available; and is the only
company to inventory Emtek on the east coast of the U.S. Our immense
inventory covers cabinet hardware, interior door sets, entry handle sets,
accessories and more. Products inventoried will show on our site with the
following tag attached to the description "IN STOCK, SHIPS IN (1) BUSINESS
DAY". When you see this, a configuration display will show when you
add the product to your cart. If your selection of options matches our
inventory, your order will ship from stock. We are unable to change the
function, handing, or rosette on stock items. BACK
MY ORDER CONTAINS BOTH STOCK AND NON-STOCK ITEMS, WHEN WILL
THEY ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped complete.
This means your order will ship when the item with the longest lead time has
been prepared. If you'd prefer, you may create two separate orders and
separate the stock from the special order products, or contact us after you've
placed your order and tell us you want your order split. You will be
responsible for the shipping fee in any subsequent orders (see our

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the office is contacted within 24
hours of the order being placed. (If you place your order over a weekend or
holiday, you must notify the office the next business day by 12 Noon EST.)
Orders cancelled outside of this retrieval period will be subject to a $25.00
order cancellation fee. Please note: once an order has been shipped to you, it
may not be cancelled. To return the merchandise you've ordered,

WHAT IF I'M NOT
PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT?
Every product we sell is backed by a factory warranty. Unlike many
internet-only dealers, we feel it is our obligation to work with the appropriate
manufacturer on your behalf in the event of a problem. Please contact us
first to discuss any manufacturer defects or quality issues with any product we
sell and we'll take it from there.
